Back playing Sims 3, Powell house ideas and share Powell house remodel.

I am back playing sims 3 again. I am planning on remodel the Powell house. I play with one sim so I am not sure if I want to make it a loft or some rooms and how many floors and how big.
What do you guys think? I also could use some ideas on what to put by the subway.
