Barnacle Bay icon missing on Sims 3 Page

Are there any sims gurus who can help rectify the above issue? EA help isn't getting anywhere and I want all of my packs to be coloured in on my page to show I own them all. Probably seems silly but I got Monte Vista which kind of unlocked the Complete Barnacle Bay Adventure but the icon is still greyed out...

Same thing happened to me. I bought the Hidden Springs/Monte Vista world bundle and then noticed I had the blue download button for Barnacle Bay. I downloaded and installed it but it does not show as owned on my page. This is surely a glitch as we were not suppose to get Barnacle Bay. Of course it wont register as we own it and it does not show up on the « purchase history » tab.
