The best advice is to look at real gloves and try your best to copy their likeness. The biggest difference is shading. Making sure to have all those little wrinkles and creases where they should be. I like to use the lasso tool and shade against the edge to give crisp edges. That's what I did when I drew the shirt for Sensation bodyshot...
