This is the one you want for progression in your town.

I always find it a little funny when players approaching the game and mods with more recent TS4 experiences are looking for something "like" MCCC. I mean, there isn't any direct connection between NRaas' TS3 MasterController (among our other mods) and Deaderpool's TS4 MasterController Command Center, but we did kind of come along first in case that's worth anything... :)

NRaas StoryProgression is usually considered the "GoTo" for story progression replacement. The third available option is AwesomeMod's Story Mode.

I have 8 to 10 installed all from NRaas. Don't want to list them all but the top ones would be MasterController, Story Progression and DebugEnabler.
