@Brandontaylor and @Karritz I'll be giving feedback on these updates later today, but wanted to comment on a couple of things.
First, here's a link to a list of the tea herbs and coffee effects from Uni. I keep it bookmarked for reference if I forget what an herb does. I use WonderPetal more than any of the other plants, but I try to keep Sweetgrass around too for herbal nausea or buzz crashes.
Tea and Coffee Herb Effects...I don't think I've ever had a meteor storm happen on its own. But I've used NRaas to make meteors fall for story purposes, and I've used an active alien sim a couple of times too. Also, I don't remember ever having a cake fire either. I've had stove and fireplace fires, sims catching fire inventing or springing dungeon traps, but no cake fires. And I've had a few electrical zaps while sims were repairing something. Not often though.
