Creating a ceiling is very easy. When you add the floor for the second floor it automatically creates a ceiling for the floor below. Where the is no floor above, you can add a ceiling by using the flat roof tiles under your usual roof. The added benefit of using the flat roof tiles vs. floor tiles is that they are free.
