This is great, but the title made me think it was about building lots for seedy hole-in-the-wall bars and venues! Putting the word Diving in place of Dive would fix that.
I'll try to remember that when we get to the new forum. That interpretation didn't occur to me and they are called 'Dive Lots' in the game.
