In general my sims don't eat pizza but they never eat burnt food. In the unlikely situation that you have purposed I would have them eat a quick meal or fruit. I make autumn salad my main sims's favorite and many of the other created sims so I almost never have a burnt meal. My sims eat a lot of autumn salad, pancakes made with apples, apples from their inventory, mac and cheese and waffles. :)
