That computer is very, very strong in graphics and processing, although I don't know how much memory a Graphics Card would need to run Sims 3 well. Mine has 16GB of graphics memory and runs perfectly. Your says 6GB so I don't know memory-wise, someone with more experience might need to touch on that.
Also, the SSD size is big (and SSD is usually more useful for this than HDD), which will be good if you want a lot of games. It is very expensive, but if you're looking to play many games down the line, this should be worth the investment. If it's about Sims 3 specifically, this computer should run it very well. However, if you do want something like this for cheaper, a gaming PC might be a better investment, since Laptops are more expensive for almost the same things.
It should run Sims 3 with most or all expansions and all of the custom content you want.
Hopefully someone more experienced will see this and comment, but that's just what I know!
