@martinaaa998 That laptop should run all Sims 3 packs together on ultra graphics settings, minus the two (water and high-detail lots) that the game engine has trouble with regardless of how powerful your hardware is.
It should be a good laptop overall too, although maybe a bit old. This isn't a problem at all—the hardware is more than fine—just make sure to run all available Windows updates, and download any new drivers Asus offers, before installing and playing Sims 3, or doing much else, for that matter. If you need help with the process, there's a new members thread here where you can ask for help:

I'm not saying you will have trouble, just to be prepared to do a little extra work. Worst case scenario, the whole process might take an hour.
Please also make sure to manually cap the in-game framerates while you play Sims 3. The game's fps limiter doesn't work, and an Nvidia 1650 is fast enough to generate fps well into the hundreds at times, which is not good for the long-term health of the card. It's easy enough to limit fps, once you have the game installed. Let us know if you need help.
@atrainor If you're looking for more ideas for laptops, feel free to ask. Just let me know your budget and any other details that matter to you. Or, if you prefer, you can link a few you like and ask for a second opinion.
