Buying a gaming laptop ?

Hello again! I also saw a laptop from the same line of computers that I wrote about before (ASUS RX571GT-BQ288T): it is an ASUS RX571GT-BQ288T laptop that, unlike the other computer, is equipped with i7-9750H - 2.6 GHz with maximum frequency of the 4.5 GHz and 6 core processor (the other was an i5-8300H), the same video card in both (NVIDIA GeForce GTX 1650 with 4GB) and the same RAM (8 GB but expandable to 16). What changes besides the processor is also the available memory: the first laptop has a memory of 512 GB, while this has a memory of 256 GB (not expandable). To play The Sims 3 (including all its expansions and a lot of downloaded material) at a good / excellent game quality, it’s better to have a ninth generation i7 processor but 256 GB of memory or an eighth generation i5 processor but 512 GB? I would only use the computer to play The Sims and then for normal things like streaming, studying and writing. Thanks!
