Can I turn off story progression for specific households?

If there is a mod that does this too please lmk! I want story progression for my world, but i want some households to remain as they are (same stats, no aging, same jobs etc). Is there a way to do ...

I believe you do this through nraas story progression mod - https://www.nraas.net/community/StoryProgression-Interactions
As well as using the "caste" system - https://www.nraas.net/StoryProgression-FAQ-Caste
