Maybe. The Intel Core i5 part says you have 64 bit.
I haven't been able to play since I updated to Catalina, since Mac dropped 32 bit support, and some of my specs are similar. But, some people on the forums have said they are still able to play somehow.
EA has said they are going to release a 64-bit supported version of Sims 3, but they haven't announced a release date yet.
