Can other occults become vampires?

My question is the title of this thread. If I wanted my vampire to turn a werewolf or a genie, for example, what would happen?

@AnakinCrywalker731 - This is for TS3, right? Under EA standard all but one of the occult types will go into remission, with the dominant one providing the skills, special powers, etc.

The NRaas Hybrid mod, for those of us so inclined, allows multiple occult states to remain playable so that you can have a vamp-genie, or even a vamp-genie-werewolf with all of the attributes of each occult available.
