I don't understand why Simchick and Liltab are making a stink over how its noot right to capture wild animals as a basis for why we can not have raccoons as pets.
Especially when all the birds, turtles, lizards, and rodents, are technically wild animals. As are the "WILD" horses ad unicorn.
Technically every animal is a 'wild' animal because they are animals and act on instinct.
My dog could bite me if it wanted to. what would that make it? No different than wild animal.
All animals are animals no matter how long they lived with you. They still with act on instinct.
If you own an animal and treat it right I think you should be allowed to. Wether its a raccoon or a tiger. As long as you know what you're doing and are aware of the possible outcomes and take care of it good, i don't care what you own.
