Cannot log into TS3 site

I keep getting this page telling me to register but no where that I can log into existing account: https://scontent-lht6-1.xx.fbcdn.net/v/t1.0-9/57280510_10156283395406497_254645488538615808_o.jpg?...

I just completely logged out and went and tried to login and I got this

typed in my login info and it logged in just fine.
