When you tried removing the world that wasn't working but before attempting to Launcher install it again, did you also remove what should have been the resulting .world file from InstalledWorlds in your TS3 user game folder (in Documents)?
If that's no help then as a test pull your entire TS3 user game folder out to your Desktop (or rename it). A new one with no content added at all, no game saves, etc. will spawn to take its place on the next startup. All of your other content and saves will be safe back in the pulled out folder.
Can you install ST properly on the new game folder and then start up a new game there? If so, the fault would have to be with the older game folder itself or something within it rather than the world or its download.
I've tried the first one, removing the .world file and then redownloading it but that doesn't seem to fix the issue.
I've also found now that after I install it it doesnt seem to properly install, it comes up with the message saying its installed, it generates the .world file and it shows up in the installed folder on the launcher but when I close and reopen the launcher it reverts to saying it's not installed (the .world file is still there in the file browser though) and the same happens every time I try to install it.
It also seems to be happening the same with a few other items from the store, they say they've installed but then after closing and reopening the launcher they don't show up as installed anymore and they don't come up in game at all
I'll try the other workaround now!
