Can't Download Sunlit Tides! [Solved!]

This is a long running issue I've had with TS3, but I bought Sunlit Tides way back in 2013 and it worked fine then but now I just cant install it anymore. I download it from the sims store, it goes ...

Update: I tried the second solution of getting rid of the folder and Sunlit Tides has shown up in my game now!
