can't edit werewolf sims apperance?

Me too, no mods. Other people are saying they can do this in CAS when they first create a sim, but once the sim exists, many are not able to enter that screen again.

I hope it's an issue that can be fixed, because I really want to use this feature. I'm sorry others are having this issue, but at least now I know it isn't something I did wrong.
