Can't Install Sims in .sims3pack Files - Please Help Me!

Hi! Hope someone can help me. But recently I installed 3 EP (ambitions, late night & generations) The game works perfectly, but I wanted to add some CC to my game, but when I want to open the Launcher it says: "There was an error during startup. Please see the Log for more details." And the patch is 0.0.0.0. What can I do?
