Can't Quit Band! D:

So the mom and dad in my household are in a band together. I want them to quit but I've tried clicking on everything that offers band interactions (themselves, other bandmembers, instruments, etc.) and the only option is Rename. They're both sims that I like a lot so I don't want to kill either of them off (which I've seen other people say is a solution to this).

Does anyone know how to fix this?

    Kind of confused to why it matters? They don't have to do band things.
    If they are registered at City Hall as a band and you want them to take another job, it says 'quit Band career













    '. The fact that they are 'in' a band or have a band really isn't a problem.

    Kick out all the other sims in the band? Sorry, it's my only suggestion.

    You can download a mod by NRaas called MasterController.

    How to kick your sims out of a band without killed them!
    First, click on your character
    Second,Click NRaas, then MasterController.
    Third, click Basic, then Band, then click Remove Member.

    If you want to remove the Skill thing for band (not the instruments), go back to the MasterController Main Menu and click Advanced. Click Skill Level and select Band. Set the value to -1 and the Band tab will no longer apear. on the Skill chart menu thing.
