As a test, you don't have to save this, with the NRaas mods in play can you travel to a world that your sims in this game have never seen before like let's say Sunset Valley or is it all destinations and not just the previously visited France (and China) that are crashing the travel transition?
Can you start a new test game in Sunset Valley (for example) and play/travel some random sim to what would be a fresh instance of France from there?
