Career in plan outfit
I don't add career custom outfit. But sometimes when i've to plan outfit my sims, the career outfit appears, when i checked, it is too much more than 3. So i delete it one by one until career 1 remain...

Do you have any career mods? If not, could it be your sim got a promotion and a new career outfit? I always fix my sim's career outfit (because it usually is ridiculous :p ) but I've never gotten any extra outfits - other than the official one they get when they get a promotion (move to next level).
