Perhaps try looking for hair conversions for male toddlers and children based on what's already in the game, if you like any of the hair that came with the game originally. Or there are also re-textures as well.
Simsxolove used to have a tumblr with many hair conversions, especially for toddlers and children but it seems they may have taken that down. Or I just cannot find it, however, there are other sites that still have the links and some creators who retextured those conversions. There is a lot more I am sure but these are just some of the content out there.
