CC sites like My Sims Realty[Solved, please close thread]

So, I’ve decided to dive into some CC shopping ( mostly worlds) , and while MSR is probably the best one, none of the downloads are installing properly. I know it’s the downloads from the site because my other mods are working just fine. Are there other sites that are legit as MSR? Custom content site suggestions besides ones that focus on worlds are more than welcome as well. Thanks.
