You can add her by (obviously) typing in the "master" cheat code testingcheatsenabled true then pressing shift on the sim you want to add then click add member to household and another way to do it manually is you can drag the relationship bar once you have the master cheat code entered and it will go to from Stranger > Acquaintance > Best Friend > Boyfriend to eventually married. (If your planning too)
