Children Can't Bob For Apples

Was not aware this was a common issue at all and I don't see how or why reinstalling the game would actually help something like this as it's more likely the lot that is acting up and not the program files.

Have you tried deleting the tank object and placing a new one in a different location on the festival lot, making sure to be in the correct season instance by way of the seasonal lot marker? Or perhaps replacing the entire lot with a fresh one?
