[CLOSE Please] GPU not recognised on new laptop?

Hello, I have a brand new laptop and I am trying to follow a tutorial to improve my Sims 3 graphics and it says this:

Considering 1 is low and 5 is uber, I am confused why my brand new gaming laptop would be a 1. How do I fix this so it can be recognised as a 5.
