CLOSED! Do you use the KPST pack?

I wasn’t a sims player when it was released, so I never had the chance to get it. I would like to get it now to complete my collection, but can’t find it new for a reasonable price. I’ve seen used copies for sale, but I think the code probably wouldn’t work.

I did play the game at the time but never had any interest in the pack. The only reason I want it now is to complete my collection.

I only use it if I am doing a themed story...

Really appreciate everyone’s input. I would just hate to use the pack if most folks who would actually download the lot would be getting replacements. Doesn’t mean folks voting would download it lol, but I would have a general sense to help my decision. Am going to keep the poll open until I’ve completed the shell and hopefully have a decisive indicator one way or the other.

I wasn't interested in the pack when it was out. Part of me wished that I had got it even if I never intend to use it just to have the complete Sims 3 EP's and SP's but as it is, my collection isn't complete as I also don't have the Diesel SP as well.

Why not do two lots off of the main shell. Make one without the kpst stuff first, and then makeover that lot with the st content.

I did that with a diner I made when seasons came out. Made the simple diner first. Then made over that version to change through the year with seasonal decor. I know it's extra work, but once you've got a basic lot done up there usually isn't to much to change around for a slightly different theme.

I was wondering if you would be willing to create two versions. I have the set and have used some of the pieces over the years. I have seen really cute ice cream and candy shops on The Exchange using the set.

It depends on the lot, to be honest.I don't use the clothing much, but I do like the items and lots it came with.

I did think about having both versions but with such few downloads these days not sure worth it since decor is usually a real pain for me, esp with my old computer balking at recolouring. We’ll see…

I wasn't interested in the Katy Perry pack when it came out. Too sugary sweet for my taste, so I didn't get it. But I could have use for it sometimes, like a cute café/ice cream bar or for taking studio pics.
