Hello, i hoping someone else would've already solved this problem...but after about...15 mins on Google (i know i didn't look vary long)and coming up empty... i guess I'll have to ask here... My sims ...

Please try the usual fix, which is to repair the game in Origin. If that doesn't help, you can start your own thread in either the PC or the Mac tech section:
