Re: [Current Issue] Sims 3 Store world can't register/install

Hi @ea.com  please I purchased a sims3 worlds bundle from the ea app(Monte Vista and Hidden Springs) and I was sent codes for both worlds and I tried to input the codes on the ea app but I was told by the app that they don’t work there and I should go to the sims 3 website. I did and the Hidden springs code worked but the Monte Vista one didn’t, the site said that I had already used it and the only other place I had used Monte Vista’s code was on the ea app. Please help me. I need the code to work to add the world to my sims3 game. And the purchase was legal. I have my receipt. Thank you and have a blessed day🙏🏽.
