@Damien I'm not listing the lots that came with the EPs, but the lots you can make and would be a nice addition to any world.That's why i added Gas station. I did forget the chinese garden, thank you for reminding me. As for the Jankyard. I did not forget it I just wrote "jankyard" in general. It's up to the creator/user if they want to add an additional "no visitors" one. I never use the "no visitor" Junk yeards because i have no idea why they are necessery. I will update my first post though because since you mentioned it, it seems that it might be usefull to other simmers as well,

@everyone You are welcome guys :) I firstly made this for myself. Not only for CAW , but for worlds that are already in game and i just want to revamp them to have all the lots of all the EPs and then I thought it would be a good idea to share it.
