@AlHollandiyah That's why I said 'based on what you want'. You do need work lots to go to work, and school lots to go to school...but you get to decide which specific ones you want. The game itself will be fine without any of them, so it's just dealer's choice.

Hospital is just annoying not to have because you won't have a place for flu shots to prevent your sims from getting sick. Think it's also good to have for having babies.
