concert in Riverview?

hi, I'm currently playing in Riverview. I saw Jon Lessen? is a kind of rocker in music career but I haven't seen he is holding any concert. So I moved my own rocker sim into Riverview from Bridgeport, and waited for a week. I haven't seen even my inactivated rocker sim holds any concert even though he is level 10 in music career. I'm checking the music building and Sports stadium at 3 pm every Wednesday and Sunday. Is there a way my criminal active sim can go to see a concert? Any help will be appreciated. Thanks.
