If you have change anything on your PC, non game related, like a custom Theme for the desktop or browser, they will often come with a custom pointer for the mouse. You want to return the mouse settings to default via the PC's control panel, mouse. If you have a brand name mouse, go to the manufactures website for that model & see if there is a driver update (patch) for the mouse.
