Custom Rabbit Hole School Doors
I'm building a custom schoolhouse for my new world. I've had problems in the past with over crowding at schools. I know I can use the Additional Entry mod for regular rabbit hole buildings, but I'm building a custom school. I can create extra schools to and even define them as child/teen or boy/girl for selective admission, but I'm trying to keep mine together. I'm planning to put in multiple Custom Rabbit Hole School Doors. Yes, I know this will be the same as creating separate schools on the same lot. I'm thinking of using 4 doors boy child/girl child/boy teen/girl teen. There are ways to do this for the lot, but I can't apply it to the doors. I'm positive the coding for the doors can be altered to accomplish this, but it is way over my ability. CAN SOMEBODY HELP!!!! PLEASE!!!!
I've also had problems sending my kids to the special schools created by the Careers Mod (Music, Science etc.) When there is a field trip (Generations) the kids have to run across town to catch the school bus waiting for them at a different school. In some towns, this can take Sim hours. I'd like to put Rabbit hole doors for some of these schools on my school too (Music/Theatre, Science/Science Centre, Culinary/Bistro, Entrepreneur/Business Centre) on the back, of the school, so the kids only have to run around the school to catch the bus. I'm hoping for versions of the doors that have the adult careers etc. removed (there will be regular rabbit holes for them to go to work, take classes, watch movies etc. elsewhere in town). Classes are not a deal breaker, since they are educational. It would be great if the Science Centre door also provided Handiness Classes, because I'm not very military oriented and I don't think I'm putting in a military location.
Maybe somebody will take this as a challenge and help me out, or at least gives me guidance to do it myself.
