I haven't yet, but I have thought about it. Might fiddle around with it today to see what happens.
Still working with EA tech support to see if they have any additional suggestions, but trying to provide them with as much detail as possible so they can pinpoint the issue. At this point I'm hoping that they find it to be a bug in the game since I've been seeing more and more of the same issue cropping up on other forums.
