That's who that is! I downloaded the Quantum Leap duo around that same time. They were named after the characters: Sam Beckett and Al Calavicci. I have a couple of male Sims that I couldn't identify from the thumbnails. Maybe one of them is Sam. I tried to find the creator, but all of my search results for the character names and the actor names as well as the name of the show turned up empty. I don't know if I am just searching for the wrong thing or if they were purged from the Exchange.
Still hoping someone will be able to identify the creator or have a link to the duo or individual Sims.
