Hello @duyguugudur :) Blueprints came with one of the patch updates and also came with some of the eps. There is a section in build mode, where there are blueprint rooms which are rooms that have already been designed and furnished and can be placed into builds.
Collections are groups of items that may have come together from the one EP or stuff pack, and by pressing the collections button and the particular icon, you can find all the items came with that EP or stuff pack. To add an item to a collection, click on an item and there is a button up the top that will say " add to collection" . You can either add the item to a current collection of make a new one.

Hello Duy :) You can't add new blueprints. You can only use the ones that EA gave us.
