Did The Sims 3 Store Give Away Barnacle Bay For Free?

I ask because I was looking at worlds the other day, and normally when you have not purchased something, it will tell you how much sim points it will cost, but for BB, it only said download. Is it for...

@Karritz, I wondered about that! A few months ago when I started playing again, I noticed that Barnacle Bay had the blue D/L button. Assuming I bought it back in the day, I d/l it but it has never shown up on MY Page as being owned. No big deal, but strange all the same.

Guess I shouldn't look a 'gift horse in the mouth'. :*
