dinosar ex pack ?

I believe there is supposed to be a dinosaur skeleton on the edge of town in Appaloosa Plains where dogs can dig for bones and other treasures. You can't make friends with the dinosaur and bring it home as a pet though, it hasn't had much life to it for a very long time. :)
