OOF. That’s definitely an efficient way to farm LTH points! And too funny with children and teens regularly popping up potential/unlocked LTWs where the parameters are already met. Like, "Ma, IDK what huge lifelong goal I just accomplished, but I'mma be stoked about it all week!" :joy:
 To be fair, the kids will know what happened. It was their wish after all. And I'm sure they are happy about being popular and famous, too. It's me who often doesn't know. I guess I don't have to know everything about them  .

I've never tried Dreamer. I just use MC to manually change LTWs once a Sim has completed the first one I’d chosen for them. I don’t do this for every Sim I play. But for those who have a variety of traits/skills/hobbies where it would make sense for them to pursue disparate long-term goals, or where their initial LTW complements or could lead to another one, it's a great option to have.
Dreamer is quite nice. It lets inactives fulfill their wishes. As I play rotationally, it's quite satisfying to find the occasional townie who actually collected a few points from having their dreams come true. I'll keep it at a minimum though. The game collects already enough stuff in its saves.
