No. I was thinking it might take getting the opportunity in France for it to work once she gets back to China. It sounded to me like your sim was getting the opportunity again in China, not France. Maybe I misunderstood.
I only mentioned traveling directly with Traveler because I found it convenient myself, and saves you from having to wait 2 days in between trips.
