very sorry couldn't get back to you before today, some other things demanded my attention & I couldn't play until today.
Update on what is happening in my game, I did wait for the cool down period, because I just read this.
The status now in my game is she just traveled successfully to University. (after I put the traveler mod back into the game)
This leaves me at an odds as to what is happening and says to me maybe its not the mod at all ?
I will go back to that game in Lucky Palms and try to get him to travel again to see what happens.
If you remember that was the original game I was playing when I thought there was a problem with the mod.
I was trying to get my male Sim to travel to Hidden Springs from Lucky Palms. (2 store bought worlds)
So I will try again, nothing really has changed, I just took the mods out, and put them back in, so not sure where to go
from here except to try to get him to travel again and see what happens.
Will keep you posted, and really appreciate your willingness to assist.

Don't know what happened, but it seems to have cleared itself up.
I was trying to get Sim A from Lucky Palms to Hidden Springs to meet Sim B. using the nhd file from the saves in Sim B file.
(hoping they liked each other and married )
This is one of the features I liked so much about the travelers mod, the Sims could travel to other worlds & meet other Sims I have played.
It was causing my game to crash.
But today, it worked ! Amazing and I'm so happy now.
Thank you for all the time & attention you spent on this with me. Not sure what happened, I just took the mods out and put them
back in but its a good day !
My Sim Donnie at the Hidden Springs Redwood Heights Luxury Lodge I changed into a Base Camp looking confused.
He wanted to go to a party, but I made him do this instead. Now he wants to meditate :D
I want him to meet this female Sim I've been playing, hopefully they can have a life together. Fingers crossed.

We certainly don't want to undo or dissect anything further if it's all working now. But from your descriptions it still sounds to me like the crashes were system related and Traveler was just being the trigger, not the underlying cause. Is it possible that since six weeks ago you have installed new Windows patches that might have fixed the original problem already or rolled some suspicious ones back, or made any other systems changes?

Other than that, probably not worth trying to track down since it seems to be fine now (we hope).

no I didn't install anything on the computer, any updates or anything.
Didn't even play the game until today from the last update I gave you.
Who knows what happened, it could've just been a hang up of some kind on the system, but I don't know
Could have been on the windows side, but again I don't know.
Just happy to see it working now :)

edited: yes I hope it doesn't change, but I am going to make some changes in my Sims lives anyway, and I may
not need to do this again.
I only do it when I'm playing Sims who I think may be good matches for another Sim I am playing.
Matchmaker matchmaker find me a match (lol)
but I am thinking about moving Donnie because he's living in a houseboat right now, and if he's going to start
a family, he will need a house, but I have to see how this relationship goes. If they are really interested past just
a friendship or if they just want to be friends.
It seems to be going good so far, we'll see.
