EA you are violating your own terms
If you have not updated your game past 1.67 don't buy anymore stuff packs or sets for Sims 3. EA is forcing update if you do. I bought 2 stuff packs and was not able to install them unless I updated...

@LadyEmillye - Not retail, but I worked in food service management for quite a while during college, grad school, and a bit after. Occasionally I would have charming so-called customers trying to return huge bags of take out food for "refunds" that may have fooled someone who didn't actually manage the place but that I could easily tell did not come from us. They didn't like being messed with or having their requests refused. I recall one of them threatened to "break me in two" if I didn't give them their money (that they never spent) back and, when that didn't work too well, tried to get some cops who happened to be eating in the dining area to come over and arrest me.
That didn't work out very well for them, either.
I'm not saying the OP on this thread is behaving like this at all or that anyone is scamming anybody here, in fact my story is practically off-topic, I'm just taking a trip down memory lane so I sure hope no one gets offended. But the lesson to be learned was that people like the guy in my story who act like lunatics often get treated differently than those with a much more calm approach. :)
