Yeah, there's been a few mishaps where I work and we have rights that customers seem to forget. I'm not saying the OP wouldn't be calm either, just, in my experience, cuz I actually work in Cust. Serv. the nicer a customer is, the more I am willing to do for them. Just some rather helpful advice for anyone who needs to go and get something out of policy dealt with. ;)
