I don't want to get on my soapbox again, but just left a thread where they are talking about relationship culling in Sims 4, and my mind
was just going over all the times players have been in that type of situation; where the game was doing something, there was a bug, or whatever and they keep saying hope they fix it. Yet their pattern has been not to fix it.
What does this have to do with my current situation ? EA wants things their way at the expense of the player. Not going there.
I just wanted to find a fun game to play & feels like I ended up in a hornets nest.
So I'm going to do just what tyou said, play Sims 3 as long as I can, until EA slams the door in our face, because they're closing it slowly, and in spare time look for something else to do.

And you know what else? I bet this was the last patch. and it wouldn't surprise me if the Sims Store is gone in the next year.

pretty sure it was the last patch & the reason why they are forcing everyone to do it is because they want to go digital & they want the games
on their servers. But if you upgrade Origin & keep upgrading it you can't play either game unless you are online (connected to internet) because the games won't run without Origin (updated)
