EA you are violating your own terms
If you have not updated your game past 1.67 don't buy anymore stuff packs or sets for Sims 3. EA is forcing update if you do. I bought 2 stuff packs and was not able to install them unless I updated...

now Origin has a new terms & conditions reminding all the game is "as is" we use it at our own risk, they collect information including machine ID numbers and ip, we only are licensed to use the software, and they can discontinue the account anytime they want.
hope this wasn't for my benefit.
don't mean to be a complainer but Origin is like a ball & chain around my neck. It's extremely cumbersome to have to sign in everytime
we want to play & it requires lots of updates.
So worried if I update what may break. Will be so disappointed if can't play Sims 3 anymore.
Sims 4 is an okay game, but like Sims 3 better.
