EA you are violating your own terms
If you have not updated your game past 1.67 don't buy anymore stuff packs or sets for Sims 3. EA is forcing update if you do. I bought 2 stuff packs and was not able to install them unless I updated...

Just to be sure you are using a base game that looks like this? as I think as long as it is this version of the game it does not matter what year it is as the design and jeweled case should mean that you can install this as a disc base game with the key code that comes with it and add on the rest of your discs accordingly then patch and even if Origin asks you to install via origin and you decline your game should still continue installing.. please if this info is not correct someone tell me..

no my game case doesn't look like that, its white with The Sims 3 across the case & a few sims on it.
