Try making a fresh Temporary Sims 3 folder. Dont lise th e origibal Sims 3 folder.
Put the Sims3Pack files of your Sims into the new Downloads folder. If you install them one at a time it would be best. After each one is installed, look into the library file and rename the nbew package file that appears with the name of the sim to which it relates. Do this for all sims. Then copy and paste those n ew library files into the library folder in the the original Sims 3 folder. Get rid of the temporary sims 3 folder. Make the original sims 3 folder the active sims 3 folder again. Launch the game. The sims should now be in the your library and be ready to put i nto a game.
If they were alwasts appearing in the the library but not appearing in a save they ard added to then i have no idea how to fix that.
